Chef

Adrian Hope Seltzer is a cooking teacher, blogger, and aspiring food scientist.

 

After graduating from college, Adrian took French cooking lessons and fell in love with the art of cooking. While continuing to take lessons from chefs, cookbook authors, and food scientists, she and her cousin started a catering business. Several years later, she began to teach at Main Line School Night, where she has been teaching for over 30 years. Adrian has her certificate of completion for the Food & Science course at Harvard X and her studies continue in the areas of modernist cuisine, sous vide, and global cooking.  Adrian has been a vital part of the Seven Harvests team since our 2015 season.
